How do I register?
We do all registration online. Go to the event web page and click on the registration link. It's fast, easy and secure.
Do you offer refunds or bib transfers?
There are no race refunds, we do allow you to transfer your bib up to three weeks prior to the event. Contact us for specific instructions.
When and where do I get my race packet and bib?
See the events web page for a full schedule of packet pick up options. We typically offer multiple times and locations to get your gear.
Where is my timing chip?
For all our timed events you will find the timing fixed to the back of your race bib.
Can I wear headphones?
Yes you can, however you must be able to hear all athlete instructions and remain courteous to fellow runners.
Do you allow strollers?
Yes, we always welcome strollers. For many events we have start waves specifically for those with strollers. Also kids in strollers do not need to be registered and do not need a race bib.
Is there an age limit?
No, runners of all ages are welcome as long as they can complete the course in the specified time limit for each event.
Can my dog run with me?
Yes we love keeping fido in shape. Dogs must be on leashes and you must clean up after your pet. We often have specific doggie waves at our events. If you have an aggressive dog please be considerate and leave the dog home.
What's at the aid stations?
Typically we have water and energy drink, on half marathon courses we will have a selection of snacks at the later aid stations. Our races also include a selection of post-race food and drinks.
What if I ride my bike to the run?
We always have bike valet service if you choose to ride your bike to the event!
Can I walk the course?
Yes, but again you must complete the course in the time limit (3 hours for the half marathon). City permits typical require us to have the course clear of participants in a set time.
